Located in Xi'an, a time-honored city of culture in northwest China's Shaanxi Province, Xi'an Cummins Engine Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xi'an Cummins)
is a 50:50 joint venture company founded by Cummins (the largest independent engine manufacturer in the world) and the outstanding Chinese heavy truck enterprise Shacman（Shaanxi Automobile Holding Group）.

Xi'an Cummins specializes in manufacturing and selling ISM11/M12/M15 and other series engines compliant with Euro II/III/V/VI emission standards as well as off-highway products QSM11. Meanwhile, as a joint venture company of Cummins and Shacman , Xi'an Cummins is responsible for pairing and selling all series of Cummins engines, ranging from 2.5L to 15L, from diesel to natural gas, and also power train of Cummins for trucks manufactured by Shacman , meeting the needs of global users in the varied working conditions presented by their different market segments.
